Red Velvet Oreo Cupcakes

These are easy to make, and sooooo good! Just use a boxed red velvet mix! Follow all directions on the box, but before you pour the batter into the baking cups, put a whole oreo at the bottom, and pour batter on top until the oreo is fully covered (about 2/3 full)!

I used two different topping: classic cream cheese & chocolate. I also crushed some extra oreos and sprinkled the cupcakes to add some pizzazz!

Although I used regular clear baking cups (boring!), Surlatable has super cute baking cups on their website (among other things that I'd probably buy)!
