Rocky Road Fudge cups

Rocky Road Fudge cups! My own recipe!
 

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1.5 cups of milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup of butter
1 can (14 oz.) of condensed milk
1 cup of crushed almonds
1 cup of mini-marshmallows

Directions:
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk. Put the microwave on the defrost setting, and microwave for about three minutes.
  2. Take out (caution, may be a little hot) and stir ingredients and add in nuts. Microwave on defrost setting for another minute (or until ingredients are mixed in well).
  3. Then, take out the bowl and mix in mini-marshmallows (Try not to mix too much; use more of a folding over method).
  4. Pour mixture into cupcake liners in a cupcake pan (work quickly because the fudge gets harder to work with once it cools). Let the fudge cups cool in the refrigerator =)
Optional topping:
  • I used a dab of cream cheese frosting, and a fresh cherry right on top! YUM!
  • I also used a cartoon monster cupcake liner from Target, I thought they were adorable!
